OK, this is getting a bit orientalist but this isn't something that you'd see on the streets of Sydney or Melbourne. Not even in Newtown!
Some friends at home may notice that this also doesn't meet up to Western standards of animal welfare (the monkey has had its teeth and nails removed). It should be remembered, however, that this is how a very poor person makes their living.
